There is a band fee for this school year. Our rationale for such a fee is that we believe our students deserve a quality band program. It would be impossible to have a quality program without these additional resources. Band members will also need to purchase a pair of band shoes for $25.00 and a $50.00 rental fee if they use a school owned instrument. Color Guard members will need to purchase their shoes and uniform.
Each member of the band has an account managed by the booster treasurer. Any money earned through fund-raising, direct payments or working in the concession stands will be deposited into this account. Any credit earned will help reduce the amount owed for band fees, equipment rental, uniform charge or trip fee. The treasurer will send out monthly account statements via email (preferably) or snail mail to keep parents informed of their balances.
Any money credited to an account is not payable in cash, but may be applied to one or more of the following band related fees: Band Fees, Band trip fees, or to purchase or replace uniform or uniform accessories for which the student is responsible. These monies are maintained by the Boosters in a separate account exclusively for the students. Students and parents are given opportunities during the year to earn monetary credit for their child’s account through several fundraising avenues. The best way to stay informed about fundraising opportunities is to attend Band Booster Meetings! We will also keep an updated schedule of events on the web site and on CHARMS.

1) full payment = $300.
2) Break the fees into 2 convenient payments of $150 each, 1 was due July 12 and the other is due Aug. 11.
3) Sign a Contract for Payment requiring payment of $50/month for 6 months due each 15th of the month, July 15 - December 15.
(If you have not paid anything, you will need to sign the $50/month contract on Thursday and make July and August payments ($100), unless you are paying the full amount.)
